(4/8) – Ignition Casino Review: Honest Expert Opinion [2022] – Film Daily

When searching for the best online casino these days, chances are you’ll stumble upon a name called Ignition.

But is Ignitin legit?

We assigned our team of online gambling experts to check this site out and produce a detailed review of Ignition casino.

They presented a string of parameters rating the service, and this article now highlights their findings. Let’s dive in!

The Best Stand-Out Features of Ignition Online Casino

We know not everyone has time to go through thousands of words analyzing online casinos. That’s why we like to kick things off with a brief rundown showcasing the strongest points Ignition casino offers. Here goes.

  • Use the IGWPCB150 bonus code for a 150% match welcome bonus up to $1,500
  • $3,000 in welcome bonuses
  • Low wagering requirements
  • Fast withdrawals, under 24 hours
  • Top-notch selection of live dealer games
  • A solid collection of poker games

Is Ignition Casino Legal and Legit?

Yes, Ignition is legal, safe, and legitimate.

We did a background check on these guys, and they were established in 2016, currently owned by Beaufort Media BV, an established name in the online casino industry.

Ignition Online Casino operates under the Curacao gambling license and adheres to all laws and rules of its regulatory body. In the past, the service was regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

The website is legal for US-based players, under the same authority as many of the leading online casinos around the globe.

But as an offshore gambling site, Ignition does not require a US state license, meaning the service benefits from lower taxes.

The owners have used this state of affairs to their advantage, decreasing the fees placed on bets made by users who play games. This approach provides better competitive odds than most regular retail casinos.

Read on to see if Ignition can rank as a top online casino for US players.

Why Should You Play Casino Games at Ignition?

If you want a quick answer, the first thing that pops up is: generous welcome bonuses combined with great casino games and low wagering requirements.

But our researchers were pretty thorough when they gathered data for that snappy one-liner.

Game Selection Variety: 4/5

At first glance, live casino games are an instant highlight Ignition Casino offers. We are looking at a selection of 34 live dealer games, which are on par with the best online casinos in the world, or even better.

However, the total number of casino games sits only at 120, significantly below average. But on the upside, the site hosts a selection of games from 13 different providers. That’s considerably more than what most online gambling spots opt for.

In plain terms, you will be able to choose from the heap of the crop from the most prominent developers in the industry, which is pretty sweet.

The catalog of table games includes poker games, including video poker options, then a selection of blackjack games, roulette channels, baccarat games, keno, and bingo. Ignition is also a top blackjack casino where you can opt for classic blackjack, double-deck blackjack, and more options.

The list of providers includes Realtime Gaming, Rival Gaming, Genesis Gaming, Revolver Gaming, and more.

The site’s poker room boasts a host of options, with the company branding the Ignition casino software as “the best in business.” It includes a selection of 3D settings, video poker games, and more.

If you’re a seasoned poker player, you are free to join poker tournaments the site regularly hosts. Ignition’s Monthly Milly tournament boasts a $1 million prize pool every month, making it one of the best bitcoin poker sites.

The site’s section for live-dealer games is divided into four categories, highlighting blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Super 6 options.

For new players, free online casino games are readily available. This option is a significant plus in our experts’ book because they prefer online casinos that allow players first to try any title risk-free before joining real-cash games.

Finally, while Ignition is yet to roll out a sports betting department, the site offers players a Virtual Sports section where you can bet real money in nine different areas.

While too many online casinos tend to push slot games into the forefront, Ignition video slots are limited to a little over 50 titles. This is less than a half of the catalog, leaving plenty of room for quality table games to enter the mix.

Overall, we can’t deny that Ignition could use more online casino games in its catalog. But we also have to point out that the site’s existing games are top-notch and very neatly organized to state the gambling appetites of most players. We enjoyed the real cash games in the poker room, and the selection of table games is on par with some of the industry leaders.

Ignition Casino Promotions and Welcome Bonuses: 5/5

Right out of the gate, the Ignition Casino welcome bonus sits at around $3,000. But that’s not all, as regular promos keep popping up across the board.

If we were to single out one reason why you should join Ignition, it’s the promos and bonuses. So let’s get this one out of the way and say the best Ignition promo codes you can use are:

  • IGWPCB150 – The Ignition Casino Bitcoin welcome bonus. It will grant you a 150% match deposit bonus of up to $1,500 at the casino and the same amount in the online poker room.
  • IGPCB100– The Ignition Casino deposit bonus for new fiat players. It delivers a 100% match deposit bonus of up to $1,000 in the casino and the online poker room.
  • BIGLEAGUES – Receive a 100% match deposit bonus of up to $1,000 and 25 free spins.

Now, let’s take a closer look at the bonus department and see if Ignition is the top online casino for bonuses across the board.

To qualify or the Ignition Casino welcome bonus, you need to be 21 or older, be a new player, make the minimum deposit of $20, and meet the 25x wagering requirement.

And hey, we’re only getting started here!

The welcome bonus is only one of the many available options to boost your performance at the Ignition Casino. The site’s referral program grants players 200% of the first deposit their referred friends made, going up to $100. If your friend happens to be a crypto user, the Ignition Casino’s team will throw an extra $25 into the mix.

Another sweet option is the Royal Flush bonus, granting players $200 of bonus funds whenever they land a Royal Flush on Ignition poker games.

For cryptocurrency enthusiasts, every Monday is a big day. Ignition casino offers a 100% match deposit bonus of up to $1,000 when depositing any crypto the site accepts.

Wait, wait, we’re not done!

The Bad Beat Bonus for Ignition poker players could fetch you up to $1,000 if your high-ranking poker hand is beaten by a stronger one.

Note that no promo code lasts forever, so make sure to stay up to speed with the site’s Promotions page for new reload bonuses or any fresh double bonus that might pop up.

If you’re in for the long haul, don’t miss the casino’s rewards program.

It’s simple; you play games and score Ignition Miles the more you play casino and Ignition poker games. You can also unlock exclusive payment options, namely the Bitcoin SV cryptocurrency.

Depending on how many miles you score, you can reach one of eight levels, each bringing more goodies. Also, different games reel in various numbers of miles.

For example, slot games will fetch you five miles per wagered dollar, while video poker, table games, and Thundercrash deliver a single mile for the same amount. Specialty games, on the other side, draw 15 miles.

On the Ignition poker side, cash games earn 15 miles per dollar of rake, while poker tournaments deliver the same mileage per dollar of fees.

Banking Options and Payout Speed: 4/5

We’re looking at eight available banking methods at Ignition Casino. Most casino reviews will point out that this number is average, and we agree.

But if you aren’t too demanding, all the popular options are included, and you should be just fine.

Specifically, US players can opt for MasterCard, Visa, voucher, and AMEX payments, plus Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, and Ethereum on the crypto side. For withdrawals, you can choose between Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin.

In terms of withdrawal limits, minimum withdrawals for Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Litecoin are $10, while the Ethereum limit is set at $50.

There is no limit on the maximum withdrawal sums, although the site will only pay in increments of up to $9,500. You can only submit a single withdrawal request every three days.

What Ignition Casino clearly lacks in this department is support for e-wallets like PayPal or Skrill.

Minimum deposits are set at $20, while maximum bets are 20% of DA. The fastest withdrawal times are less than 24 hours, which is a good score. Sure, some services offer cash-outs in under a single hour, but many require days.

Ignition Casino deposits have zero fees if you use crypto. If you opt for credit cards, though, you’re in for an unpleasant surprise, as the taxes are clocked in at 15.9% or higher. We’re not going to lie; that’s a hefty sum.

The site requires the same data as most online casinos, including a photo ID that confirms you are at least 18, the valid owner of the credit card used in the process, and the person receiving the withdrawal payments—nothing out of the ordinary here. Also, note that you cannot use another person’s credit card.

Mobile Friendliness and User Interface: 4/5

The Ignition Casino user interface is clean, easy on the eyes, and fast. The site is up to snuff with the latest web design and safety trends, combining white and orange for a functional design you can still recognize from a mile away.

The top main menu highlights the key sections of the site, and you can check out everything in more detail using the dropdown menu in the upper right corner.

The design is intuitive and places just about every section you can imagine not more than several clicks away.

When you switch to a mobile device, the company is yet to roll out a dedicated Ignition Casino app. However, the website is optimized for mobile devices, translating all the convenient features we just discussed to Android and iOS smartphones and tablets.

However, not all games from the desktop version are present on the mobile site. Since the selection is somewhat limited from the get-go, we can’t help but chip a few points away from Ignition in this benchmark.

Yes, the site is clean, efficient, and mobile-optimized but marred by a lack of a dedicated app and an incomplete gaming catalog on mobile devices.

Customer Service and Social Media Presence: 4.8/5

Ignition Casino boasts one of the best customer support teams in the industry.

If you have any trouble using the site, we first advise checking the site’s Help page. You can scroll through an extensive FAQ library covering all things related to online casinos.

We love that the guys added a convenient search bar. So if the menu on the right doesn’t cover enough ground for you, just type in any query like “win real money online casino for free,” “joker poker,” “Ignition poker,” or “online casino real money” and see what the results are.

If this doesn’t cut it, you can reach out via live chat or email contact. The Help Center is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

We don’t like the lack of phone customer support, but the site hosts a dedicated forum frequented by official mods and support guys.

On top of that, Ignition’s professional customer support team is available through social networks. The casino is active on Twitter, and you are free to reach out if you want to get a public discussion going.

Everything is next to perfect, sans that lack of phone support.

Ignition Casino Review Overall Score

So when all is said and done, Ignition Casino scored a 4.36/5 based on our experts’ top benchmarks.

That’s a very good score, and all we can do is recommend the site to you.

Ignition is safe, legal, built on a solid foundation, and then loaded with goodies of all sorts, from welcome bonuses to a top-level support team.

In the gaming department, Ignition poker options are top-notch, and we also recommend the site to fans of live dealer games. Good stuff!

What Should You Consider Before Signing Up to Ignition Casino?

In the US, 45 states are listed as eligible for Ignition Casino online gambling. The states where Ignition is expressly prohibited are:

  • Delaware
  • Nevada
  • Maryland
  • New York
  • New Jersey

As per the Ignition Casino Terms of Service, any account from the listed five states will have access rights revoked and any available balance contained. Your account might be considered void so make sure not to use Ignition from the listed locations.

As always, it’s imperative to first consult local laws and regulations before engaging in online casino gambling. Consult experts if possible, as betting limits may apply.

When it comes to currency, Ignition Casino only accepts USD. As already discussed, cryptocurrency options include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, and Bitcoin SV for the Rewards Program users. You must be at least 21 years old unless local laws declare otherwise.

Ignition Casino Wagering Requirements

The typical wagering requirement at Ignition Casino is 25x. While some bonuses might pop up with different figures, 25 is the most common number.

Since Ignition is an offshore online casino, the wagering requirement is slightly below average.

That’s good!

Offshore casinos can ramp up the wagering minimums as high as 50x, so Ignition did alright in our book.

If you aren’t sure what wagering requirements are, look at it this way: at 25x, you need to wager $2,500 to withdraw a $100 bonus. To wager means only to bet, not to win nor lose. You just need to spend that sum at the casino to place bets, and you’re all set.

What Bonuses Are Available at Ignition?

Our experts have stressed several times that Ignition’s bonuses are one of the site’s highlights, maybe the top one.

First of all, we think it’s best to list the top promo codes available to Ignition players.

  • IGWPCB150 – The Ignition Casino welcome bonus code for crypto players. It will grant you a 150% match deposit bonus of up to $1,500 at the casino and the same amount in the online poker room.
  • IGPCB100 – The Ignition Casino deposit bonus for new fiat players. It delivers a 100% match deposit bonus of up to $1,000 in the casino and the online poker room.
  • BIGLEAGUES – Receive a 100% match deposit bonus of up to $1,000 and 25 free spins.

With that out of the way, the site goes that extra mile to keep the users hooked with regular promos and time-sensitive bonuses.

They host a $10k giveaway each month and also offer a 100% match bonus of up to $1,000 for any supported crypto every week.

If you have friends eager to dive into the casino sphere, note that Ignition will match 200% of each of your friends’ first deposit, landing you up to $100. If your friends are crypto users, Ignition will throw an extra $25 your way.

For Ignition poker fans, the site offers $2,500 in poker freerolls every week. Just claim the Tournament Ticket in your Rewards dashboard, and you’re off to the races. Other options include the Royal Flush Bonus, Bad Beat Bonus, and more.

Other Amazing Online Casinos Similar to Ignition Casino

We don’t shy away from the fact that Ignition Casino only hosts 120 games. So, an alternative to this fine site would have to host at least as many games, preferably more, right?

  1. How about 3,500?

Three and a half thousand games! That’s what Bitstarz offers, so this is your winning ticket if you’re looking for variety.

Bitstarz is possibly the best bitcoin casino crypto players could wish for, with crypto-exclusive titles, instant withdrawals, zero fees, and more.

Bitstarz doesn’t have a sports betting option, though, but it does boast an impressive 5 BTC total welcome bonus.

Ignition offers eight banking options, on par with many other online casinos.

It’s nothing special, though.

So if you want more, check out BetOnline. Apart from over 350 high-quality games, this site ramps things up with over 20 payment methods.

You can use Dogecoin!

If you really want to get cracking with crypto payments on BetOnline, use the BOLCASINO code for a 100% match up to $1,000 on your first three deposits, for a total of $3,000. BetOnline has a dedicated app for mobile devices, which is a plus.

If Ignition Casino’s lack of sports betting options bothers you, we recommend Bovada. The site hosts 32 betting markets to place that real-money bet on. It’s easily one of the best sports betting sites around.

The site is known for outstanding bonuses for crypto players, fast withdrawals, and various options for players playing poker.

For new users, feel free to use the CAWELCOME code for a 100% match casino welcome bonus up to $1,000, or BIGLEAGUES for 25 free spins on 777 Deluxe, the online Bovada online casino no deposit bonus code.

Ignition Casino Honest Customer Reviews

When our experts check any live casino online, they don’t stay in a bubble. They are very much in tune with what other people say about one of the best gambling sites in the industry.

Transparency is vital in today’s world, and our team adheres to it.

When researching Ignition Casino, we can report positive remarks from various users, praising the bonuses, zero fees on crypto, Ignition poker, and of course, the live dealer games.

Not every single player was ecstatic, far from it. But even the critics failed to provide critical problems with Ignition Casino. The fundamentals are solid as a rock, and players aren’t shy to call Ignition an excellent online casino.

Playing Casino Games Online at Ignition: FAQ

Is Ignition Legal?

Ignition Casino is legal in 45 states in the US. You cannot access the gambling site in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Nevada, and Maryland.

The service is licensed and legitimate. The only additional restrictions you might stumble upon are based on individual state and nation laws, not the casino itself.

The US states have no jurisdiction over the Ignition Casino users. No one ever faced legal issues for using Ignition and similar sites.

Is Ignition Casino Rigged?

No, absolutely not. Ignition Casino utilizes Random Number Generators, ensuring all outcomes mirror live games statistically. The official regulating bodies audit the Generators frequently to ensure randomness and accuracy.

Is Ignition Casino Regulated?

After years of regulation by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Ignition obtained the Curacao eGaming License in 2020. The site serves US players but is based offshore.

Can I Play Rival Gaming Titles at Ignition Casino?

Yes, Rival Gaming is one of the featured game providers at Ignition, along with RealTime Gaming, Revolver, Genesis, and nine more.

How to Disable Ignition Casino Account?

As per the Ignition Help page, you are free to disable your account. You have to reach out to the customer support team, and they will assign an agent to help you with the matter.

Are My Offshore Casino Winnings Taxable?

In the US, winnings from offshore casinos are still subject to local taxes. You are required to report any income on your tax return.

Ignition Casino points out they do not report any winnings to the government tax authorities. This means you are the one who should report the winnings to determine the taxation. It’s advisable to consult your local tax experts on this matter, especially if you’re a non-US resident.

Can I Play for Free at Ignition Casino?

Yes, we encourage all players, especially newbies, to first enter the free play mode on any game before putting real money on the line.

You should always get acquainted with the game and its ecosystem and only proceed with actual money when you are comfortable and aware of all the rules.

Is Online Gambling Addictive?

Most players do not struggle with gambling addiction. But this does not mean that no one is prone to developing a gambling addiction. If you feel you are at risk of a gambling problem, we urge you to consult gambling addiction resources or professionals in this field.

What Is Zone Poker?

The site offers Zone Poker as one of the Ignition poker options. Zone Poker adds a Fold function, allowing players to fold hands and move to another table with fresh cards.

How Do Offshore Sportsbooks Work?

Offshore sportsbooks are based in regions outside the United States. They are usually subject to lower taxes, resulting in lower overhead. The sites are licensed locally and operate legally in their respective areas.

Are Offshore Sportsbooks Better Than Regular Online Sportbooks?

Since they have to pay less money in taxes and legal expenses, offshore online casinos can use that money to throw extra bonuses into the mix and reduce the fees placed on user bets.

Review: SAMARITAN, A Sly Stallone Superhero Stumble

Review: SAMARITAN, A Sly Stallone Superhero Stumble

Hitting the three-quarter-century mark usually means a retirement home, a nursing facility, or if you’re lucky to be blessed with relatively good health and savings to match, living in a gated community in Arizona or Florida.

For Sylvester Stallone, however, it means something else entirely: starring in the first superhero-centered film of his decades-long career in the much-delayed Samaritan. Unfortunately for Stallone and the audience on the other side of the screen, the derivative, turgid, forgettable results won’t get mentioned in a career retrospective, let alone among the ever-expanding list of must-see entries in a genre already well past its peak.

For Stallone, however, it’s better late than never when it involves the superhero genre. Maybe in getting a taste of the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) with his walk-on role in the Guardians of the Galaxy sequel several years ago, Stallone thought anything Marvel can do, I can do even better (or just as good in the nebulous definition of the word).

The property Stallone and his team found for him, Samaritan, a little-known graphic novel released by a small, almost negligible, publisher, certainly takes advantage of Stallone’s brute-force physicality and his often underrated talent for near-monosyllabic brooding (e.g., the Rambo series), but too often gives him to little do or say as the lone super-powered survivor, the so-called “Samaritan” of the title, of a lifelong rivalry with his brother, “Nemesis.” Two brothers entered a fire-ravaged building and while both were presumed dead, one brother did survive (Stallone’s Joe Smith, a garbageman by day, an appliance repairman by night).

In the Granite City of screenwriter Bragi F. Schut (Escape Room, Season of the Witch), the United States, and presumably the rest of the world, teeters on economic and political collapse, with a recession spiraling into a depression, steady gigs difficult, if not impossible, to obtain, and the city’s neighborhoods rocked by crime and violence. No one’s safe, not even 13-year-old Sam (Javon Walker), Joe’s neighbor.

When he’s not dodging bullies connected to a gang, he’s falling under the undue influence of Cyrus (Pilou Asbæk), a low-rent gang leader with an outsized ego and the conviction that he and only he can take on Nemesis’s mantle and along with that mantle, a hammer “forged in hate,” to orchestrate a Bane-like plan to plunge the city into chaos and become a wealthy power-broker in the process.

Schut’s woefully underwritten script takes a clumsy, haphazard approach to world-building, relying on a two-minute animated sequence to open Samaritan while a naive, worshipful Sam narrates Samaritan and Nemesis’s supposedly tragic, Cain and Abel-inspired backstory. Schut and director Julius Avery (Overlord) clumsily attempt to contrast Sam’s childish belief in messiah-like, superheroic saviors stepping in to save humanity from itself and its own worst excesses, but following that path leads to authoritarianism and fascism (ideas better, more thoroughly explored in Watchmen and The Boys).

While Sam continues to think otherwise, Stallone’s superhero, 25 years past his last, fatal encounter with his presumably deceased brother, obviously believes superheroes are the problem and not the solution (a somewhat reasonable position), but as Samaritan tracks Joe and Sam’s friendship, Sam giving Joe the son he never had, Joe giving Sam the father he lost to street violence well before the film’s opening scene, it gets closer and closer to embracing, if not outright endorsing Sam’s power fantasies, right through a literally and figuratively explosive ending. Might, as always, wins regardless of how righteous or justified the underlying action.

It’s what superhero audiences want, apparently, and what Samaritan uncritically delivers via a woefully under-rendered finale involving not just unconvincing CGI fire effects, but a videogame cut-scene quality Stallone in a late-film flashback sequence that’s meant to be subversively revelatory, but will instead lead to unintentional laughter for anyone who’s managed to sit the entirety of Samaritan’s one-hour and 40-minute running time.

Samaritan is now streaming worldwide on Prime Video.

Matt Shakman Is In Talks To Direct ‘Fantastic Four’

According to a new report, Wandavision’s Matt Shakman is in talks to direct the upcoming MCU project, Fantastic Four. Marvel Studios has been very hush-hush regarding Fantastic Four to the point where no official announcements have been made other than the film’s release date. No casting news or literally anything other than rumors has been released regarding the project. We know that Fantastic Four is slated for release on November 8th, 2024, and will be a part of Marvel’s Phase 6. There are also rumors that the cast of the new Fantastic Four will be announced at the D23 Expo on September 9th.

Fantastic Four is still over two years from release, and we assume we will hear more news about the project in the coming months. However, the idea of the Fantastic Four has already been introduced into the MCU. John Krasinski played Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The cameo was a huge deal for fans who have been waiting a long time for the Fantastic Four to enter the MCU. When Disney acquired Twenty Century Fox in 2019 we assumed that the Fox Marvel characters would eventually make their way into the MCU. It’s been 3 years and we already have had an X-Men and Fantastic Four cameo – even if they were from another universe.

Deadline is reporting that Wandavision’s Matt Shakman is in talks to direct Fantastic Four. Shakman served as the director for Wandavision and has had an extensive career. He directed two episodes of Game of Thrones and an episode of The Boys, and he had a long stint on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. There is nothing official yet, but Deadline’s sources say that Shakman is currently in talks for the job and things are headed in the right direction.

To be honest, I was a bit more excited when Jon Watts was set to direct. I’m sure Shakman is a good director, but Watts proved he could handle a tentpole superhero film with Spider-Man: Homecoming. Wandavision was good, but Watts’ style would have been perfect for Fantastic Four. The film is probably one of the most anticipated films in Marvel’s upcoming slate films and they need to find the best person they can to direct. Is that Matt Shakman? It could be, but whoever takes the job must realize that Marvel has a lot riding on this movie. The other Fantastic Four films were awful and fans deserve better. Hopefully, Marvel knocks it out of the park as they usually do. You can see for yourself when Fantastic Four hits theaters on November 8th, 2024.

Film Synopsis: One of Marvel’s most iconic families makes it to the big screen: the Fantastic Four.
